Minor Procedures Medical Treatment

Our treatment room is well equipped for our doctors to offer a number a of minor surgical procedures including simple biopsies and excisions of skin lesions, drainage of boils, excision of small cysts, suturing of wounds and insertion and removal of Implanon contraception.

We also offer cryotherapy (freezing with liquid nitrogen) for suitable skin lesions such as warts, solar keratosis (sun spots) and seborrheic keratosis.

If you require a minor procedure, please make an appointment with your doctor to discuss what is involved, how long it will take and any associated costs prior to your procedure. Not all our doctors perform the various minor procedures, however, your doctor will be able to discuss and refer internally where necessary for any given procedure.
