To keep up with increasing costs of running our practice and while medicare rebates have not increased much over the past few years, this month our gap fees are increasing by a nominal amount. This means that the out-of-pocket cost of consultations will be increased by $5.00 and procedure fees will also be increased. A summary of our new fees, including out-of-pocket costs and Medicare rebates, can be found on our ‘Patient Information’ tab under ‘Appointments & Fees’. At Southbank Medical Clinic, we want to ensure we are maintaining a high quality of care to all our patients, and we appreciate your understanding and continuing support. Southbank Medical Clinic is a newly established, independently owned and run general practice providing medical care to the local communities of Southbank, South Melbourne and St Kilda Road area.
